Radius' Fall

So apparently me being really sick also makes me really lazy. Please excuse the background, I'll do up a new one when my head doesn't feel like it's filled with cotton balls. I actually felt so nasty while coloring this that I kind of blanked out on a few parts and stared at the screen, "uuuh... what was I coloring?...Why am I in Word?" Yah. It's been one of those weekends. Happy Easter! Ugh.

Oh! But, even with all my laziness in this drawing, I have to say I love his demon hand. Look at that thing! It's all sharp and pointy and demony looking and...stuff. *ACHOO*

After taking a stroll through my gallery, I noticed that all of my pictures of Radius and Bandeau are old and, well, suck. Badly. Oh goodness. So I've been on a kick of drawing my own characters lately and I'm finally building up the courage to actually write about them. Though I've yet to figure out if I want to do the story up as a comic, as I'd intended for ooooh... Fifteen years? or write it as a book instead since I'm now detail obsessive.

This scene in particular is of Radius' failure. I've had it play in my head so many times, but each time I realized that after his wings are broken and he's thrown off a cliff, I'd never actually pictured him down there. So here he is in all his emo/tormented/whiny gloriousness.

Why did I try to up the quality of my gallery when I'm sick? *sigh*
