Blue Energy Colored

I LOVE s work, so I asked her to recolor my lines (since I blow at digital.) She once again did an awesome job

I did this for 's I tried my absolute hardest at this since digital coloring is NOT my strong suit.

When I read the guidelines, two things really stood out to me. Action, and Sculpture.

1. Action Pose:
I knew there would be a lot of heroic poses, fighting stances etc, and I wanted to do something a little more exciting than that. So here's my gal, Bandeau, being lifted up by force, by some unkown spell or power. I think she looks pretty dern nifty!

2. Sculpture:
Since the grand prize is (omg!omg!) a SCULPTURE by the amazing Arty, I wanted to make the drawing easily transferable into a statue. I remember some old Storm statues and Fathom ones that I ADORED, and they all had key elements that were effecting the character in the statue. So I made sure the power/spell that was pushing Bandeau into the air was also connected to her so it could be used. (Example, some of the blue "wooshes" are touching her rear, her legs, etc so she could be easily held up by them)

Anyways, it's been a LONG time since I've been excited for a contest, and I think THIS one is amazing!
